Fast, effective, sustainable Using pre-prepared mops is the superior way to achieve a controlled cleaning process. By changing to a new clean mop head for every room or area, cross-contamination is effectively avoided. All mops are evenly pre-saturated through an effective pre-prep- aration method – just fold the mops in the pre-boxes and use the sieve to dose. The result is no risk for contamination and no more heavy buckets or trolleys with chemicals or disinfectants in your cleanroom. With just one single mopping system needed for cleaning floors, walls and ceilings you will benefit from the most effective usage of both your mops and cleaning – or disinfecting chemicals. Plus they are prepared with your own validated chemicals or disinfectants. Tested for ISO class 2 by IPA Fraunhofer Institute / Germany Mops are placed in a Pre-box and pre-dosed with water and chemicals. Mops are left in Pre-box for 5–10 minutes to absorb the cleaning or disinfectant solution and then placed on the trolley. When the operator enters the room/area to be cleaned, a clean mop is taken from the Pre- box and placed onto the frame. Directly after, cleaning of the ceiling/wall/floor begins. Once the room/area (max. 20m 2 ) has been cleaned the mop is removed from the frame and placed into a washnet/box for laundering (internal or external).
